This is How it Works:
We have simplified the process
where it will be easy enough
to send or upload your designs
into our storefront and
begin selling immediately.
We offer the necessary technical
help to make it happen for
you. The following are the
stages of the process:
Fill
Out a Short Application
Complete the short application
below with a brief information
about yourself including
your contact details.
We
will Review Your Application
As soon as we have received
your application, the review
process will begin and you
will be notified if it has
been approved. We must make
a careful decision to approve
designs to secure the highest
chance of success.
We
will Contact You
Once your application is
approved your account will
be setup and a Team Leader
will be assigned to your
account. He or she will
contact you immediately.
This will happen within
24 to 48 hours. The Team
Leader will discuss account
approval, your designs and
the next steps
Upload
or Send Your Designs
We will guide you on how
to list your designs with
the images and adequate
product details in our storefront.
If you are not familiar
with preparing high quality
images and the upload process
in general, do not worry!
We have a specialized team
that can help. We will need
at least raw images that
we can make ready for our
gallery for you. Your account
representative will discuss
the process with you. Don't
be intimidated by technology.
You can make it do miracles
for you.
Sell
Under Your Own Brand
We will display your designs
under your own Designer
Name or Brand if you have
enough number of designs
and the your product line
achieves a certain sales
volume per month. The threshold
for the number of designs
is 70 designs in any design
category, such as Necklaces,
Pendants, Rings, Earrings
or Bracelets etc. The threshold
for the sales volume is
$3K per month.
How
Orders are Processed
All online orders are processed
automatically and instantaneously.
Our order department processes
all off line (such as wholesale,
jewelry shows, salespeople
etc.) orders immediately
as well. There are 2 options
available to ship your design
orders:
Drop
Ship Option
In this case, you will ship
all orders directly to the
customer. We will train
and support you in every
step of the way. This option
will quality you for a 5%
price rebate that will be
paid along with your sales
invoice to PippinBass.com.
Ship
Through Pippin Bass
This option requires that
you ship designs ordered
to Pippin Bass Company.
You will receive a copy
of the order by e-mail for
each order along with a
copy of the invoice or packing
slip. Send the shipping
details such as order tracking
number to Pippin Bass for
tracking your shipment
We will handle the rest!
We
Pay Monthly
We pay monthly to every
designer account by check.
Your check will be mailed
to you within 15 business
days for the monthly billing
of the previous month. For
example, you will get paid
by Feb 15th for all sales
in January. The 30 day window
is necessary to allow customers
to return their orders,
should they decide to do
so. We also reserve the
right to make adjustments
for exceptional returns
for defective products in
the following month.
